What is a "catch" lead? These are something we have come up with designed for those dogs that like to try to ninja themselves away from you when you try to catch them! Don't play their game of "chase me" - when it comes to dog training - behaviour that is rehearsed (or rewarded) will increase - so don't let your dog practice running away from you! Simply leave their lead attached and grab their lead, then recall them and reward.
